As part of East Midlands Tech Week, Tech Derby will host a conference on AI, Startups and the Next Digital Economy: Innovation, Local Talent and Responsible Governance. The session will explore how AI is transforming industries, creating fresh opportunities for startups and SMEs, and shaping the future of work and regional prosperity. It will also look at how the East Midlands can better nurture local talent, support innovation and champion responsible, trusted digital development.

Bringing together founders, business leaders, technologists and ecosystem partners, the conference will highlight the East Midlands as a region ready to play a bigger role in the future of UK tech. Through insight, discussion and connection, the session will celebrate the ambition and collaboration driving the region forward.
