EAST MIDS TECH WEEK HAS BEEN CREATED TO DRIVE NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ATTENTION ON THE TECH INGENUITY AND GLOBAL LEADING INNOVATION BEING CREATED IN THE EAST MIDLANDS.
IT AIMS TO PROVIDE KNOWLEDGE GAIN, BUILD ELECTRIC CONNECTIONS AND SHINE A LIGHT ON THE TECH POWERBASE MADE REGIONALLY FOR GLOBAL MARKETS.

EMTW MADE FOR THE EAST MIDS TECH COMMUNITY
SHOW YOUR POTENTIAL TO INVESTORS
Most Valuable Pitch (MVP) competitions will be held for each of the eight major sectors of EMTW. 40 businesses will receive 10 weeks of investor readiness training for each sector competition leading to the live pitching semi-finals held on 15 June at Momentum Valley Investment and export major event hosted at Vaillant Live, Derby where contenders will pitch to an investor panel and showcase their brand in view of an impressive business audience of 2,000.
FUELING CONNECTIVITY
East Mids Tech week is designed around what businesses need to fuel their brands forward. Multiple major events will be focused on deep dives on tech for business growth, government strategy on adaptation and infrastructure, economic trends, showcase latest contracts opportunities and regional to international trade plans and supply chain pathways, alongside high-level investment pitching competitions.
